Sometimes the first idea you come up with doesn’t quite work. My first character design for Aqua didn’t fit with the look of the rest of the Sustainables Team and needed to be looked at again. My next thoughts turned to taking inspiration from an old fashioned diving suit, My idea was that it would contain a being made from water the inverse from a diver being insulated from the water around them. This was later developed into a underwater being, taking a little of the look from my first Aqua character sketch.
